Kerry Lavelle formed Lavelle Law, Ltd. in 1989 as a private practice. Today, the firm has grown to a total of eight attorneys and an extensive professional support staff. Attorney Theodore McGinn, a certified public accountant, is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association Health Care Law Committee. In addition, he has chaired the Practice and Procedure, Federal Tax Committee and the Asset Protection Committee. His primary areas of concentration have been in corporate law, taxation, home health care and intellectual property. Kerry Lavelle is an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School and is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, having served as Chairman of a number of committees dealing with matters of taxation. Despite his extensive involvement in professional and community activities, Kerry continues to directly handle many clients in his practice. |
